Got this today, direct from the legend that is Nattramn – Diagnose: Lebensgefahr Shirt, lovely looking shirt, very happy with it. Came with a surprise, a small bloodstained box containing what is I believe razorblades. I haven’t actually opened the box, but can hear them in there. Some blood stains were also on the brown paper packaging the shirt and box.
